Hello,I have RX330,I replaced the OEM fogs with putco yellow 9006,the light looks nice but little dim to me,I am thinking to replace with 9005 yellow after taking care of the housing of the bulb,take out little piece of plastic.
My question is any buddy here tried this,is it very bright or acceptable.
The original 9006 and the replacement is 65 watts,I think the 9005 is 100 watts output.....please your help thanks

 

Why waste money on halogen bulb ? It doesn't matter what watt that your going to buy the output is still garbage when u compare to 35w hid kit ! In fact hid kit are so cheap and common these day some of the forum vendor sell them at as low as 40 buck , and that's just as cheap as halogen bulb ..

 

If you're already doing a mod I would suggest looking at a 3000k HID kit. You will not see a big difference between 9006 and 9005.
