Default Fog light aim

It's getting close to winter and there is lots of fog where I live. We had a 80 car pile up here last year due to the fog. I've been driving my 99 ES for 2 months now and the only thing I can think of complaining about is that the foglights are aim directly in front of the bumper. I can't even see any difference in lighting sitting in the drivers seat turning them on and off!!

Is there a way to aim them forward a bit so it'll show the road at least? Will putting higher wattage bulbs do the trick?

gyeah, change the bulbs. i think there was a thread about fogs here before and how from the factory, they're just 35w, as to not irritate other people on the road.

Although brighter bulbs are one answer to the problem it wont change the brightness if you cant even see them now, the factory bulbs arent THAT dull. There should be anob in the back of the fogs that will allow you to adjust the fogs to your personal prefderence. With new bulbs and higher aim you shouldnt have any problems cutting through that fog!
