Default headlight clear bra. Clear? Durable? xpel ?

Is 3m clear bra clear enough to put on headlight lens without cutting optical clarity too much?

I need something durable to put over headlights to prevent yellowing and deterioration. But if clearbra itself yellows, it defeats the purpose, in terms of appearance.

So what are my options?
I was even thinking about putting clear window film and heat shrinking it over the headlamp. I don't know if that is wise....

from videos I've seen, clear bra doesn't look like fully transparent material.

Those xpel lamp covers seem to be more transparent... Are there cheaper alternatives with similar results? Does xpel yellow over time?

I added the new Ventureshield clear film on my headlights. Clarity is flawless and I heard that the new Ventureshield will not turn yellow. Just do you basic cleaning with their 3m products or plexus to maintain shine and clarity. I still get high-beamed even after the clear bra was installed on my headlights...so the clarity is still there. lol Just saying. =) Definitely worth the investment.

I had the Xpel on my old car and it was great. I did a wet install so it was a breeze and made the plastic headlights looks brand new. Just make sure you polish and clean your lights well before installation. Light output was very good where I couldn't tell any difference before or after installation. One other good thing about the film is that it will prevent your plastic lights from turning yellow and dull due to oxidation.

I heard that cleaning and waxing the film will help prevent the yellow
