drls do come on when your lows are off.....drl=day time running lights, they are always on until you turn on your lows

 

I got those LED DRL`s.

With the 3G Lexus GS350's, when you turn on your lowbeams it switches over to the 194 bulbs.

 

so does the 2gs

 

what im trying to do is have the 9005's stay on rather than the 194's taking over.

Those DRL LEDs are awesome! I have been searching for super bright ones. Do they work "without" the modules/load resistors and just direct replacement of the bulbs? I tried mine with the weak 18-LEDs and it didn't work for the DRLs. Where did you get yours?

 

I have the same DRL's in my LS430 and they only work properly with the module. A member in the LS430 forum mentioned that he tried them without the module and the lights flickered and flashed. I'd assume this applies to the other Lexus models as well.

 

so do i need two of the modules or can i get away with one? too bad there are back order.

 

Ok, so go to buy some 6k of the new brighter DRL's by VLED and no longer see them listed? What's up with that? Anyone know? All is see is the 28LED. Thanks.
