New to lights - 08' RX350 help

I'm thinking of changing out the foglights and DRLs to something a little "cooler" rather than the ugly yellow. Maybe cool blue? What are you guys suggesting? I was thinking something to match the stock HIDs or maybe I should just change everything.

Also, what do you guys think of tail light overlays for a black 08' RX350?
