I'm sorry for such of a newbie question but how do you install fog lights for my car? do you have to replace the whole fog light housing piece that goes into my front bumper or can i just change the bulb?

You just replace the bulb. Easiest way to get to the bulb is by pulling th housing out by removing the two screws on the edge of the fog lights and pulling it out by hand.
