how do you change the fog bulbs on the 1is? im looking but people are saying to pull the bumper off but i dont think thats such a good idea. any help? and instructions?

 

I dont have an is300 but what i would assume you need to is either.

Remove the plastic underneath the bumper and remove the bulb from below (i would do this)
OR
Remove the plastic in the fender wall and remove the bulb from behind it.

Odds are you can remove a few screws from either cover and that will get you enough wiggle room to remove the bulb with needing to remove the whole plastic cover.
