This is my thread for everything but I didnt have my camera on me as I was doing the retrofit, this was also my first retrofit. it was fun and Im quite happy with the results. Now my friend in his 07 Si wants me to do a retrofit for him haha hey make sure when your putting the housing back together that you put a bead a slicone around the seal of the two halves I didnt before and got condensation so I had to rip it apart and dry it then reseal so save yourself some trouble. or completely remove all the old sealent and get a new strip. were you using a power tool when you were delining? I did mine by hand cause I didnt want to screw things up.

Thanks for your link and yes I scratched it a little too much with the dremel... oh well....

Awww haha too bad with the lenses that foggy lense is probably affecting the output a little but no matter the setup still lights up the road like day.

Sucks to hear that it got damaged during the sanding. I was too lazy to even attempt sanding mine, but I need new headlights now anyways since the tabs on mine are broken, so I'll probably give it a try when I have to redo the retro.

Did you have to open up the fogs (bake) to install the yellow capsules?

I did not bake them I took the shield off through the back side, placed the yellow capsule Which has the clips to hold the bulb in place, screwed it into place, plugged the metal tab into place and put the fogs back on.

The capsules I have are not those that are sold where it is a condom you have to glue, the ones are actually made to hold the H3 in place.

Ah ok thanks. Where did you get the capsules with the holders? The only ones I see have the glue type.
