Default HID kit Help??

I justed bought a Hid kit on ebay plug and play, and justed got it today.
I installed it in my car, but it didn't work, the hid kit that i bought on ebay, it doesn't come with relay.
Do i need relay or can i use my stock head relay?
Do you know how much Amps on the stock head relay?
I bought a kit on ebay brand name call Reikensport or 933HID,
ballast made in from Germany.
Please help..

it is very very hard to believe that the ballast is made in germany...you can use the stock relay...try playing around with the positive and negative plug...maybe you insert the wrong way...

when you put your kit together, you should have two metal prongs attached to two separate wires... these are your positive and negative for the HID kit... when you take out your stock bulb, notice the connection between the bulb and the wire, there should be two slots ... like a household outlet... you take the prongs of your HID kit and stick them in there.... if you HIDS dont light up, try switching the wires.

you probably have your positive and negative inputs switched. actually, you did it right, but the kits are wired backwards for some reason, ast least the cheap kits i've bought were that way. i reversed teh inputs and they work great.
