So I just signed up for this sick forum! been a long time lexus owner but just found this amazing, extremely informative site! Ok so heres the question, I want to upgrade my lighting to make it feel like a newer model. When I get into a newer year all of the bright white, red, or blue leds make it feel new. So I read every single forum on here last night for 3 hours. I ordered the leds from v-led for the interior. I got the wedge bulbs for my glove box, ignition, map lights, a bigger one for my dome, the floor bulbs, the back and front doors. But I didnt get the fold down visors, do you think this is neccessary? If so where can i get them? Also I want to upgrade the exterior now as well. Any suggestions? I was thinking of just putting whiter looking bulbs in my existing housings for the parking/daytime, low/high beams, something like the silverstars? The HID dilemma seems like it will cost me around 500 to do it right. When I say do it right, I think that getting the projector housing and hid 4500k kit from xenon depot is the easiest way to almost do a retro without banging my head against the wall? I would like to do all of the little lights as well, like the side ones, the lic plate and whatever else there are to do. Please if anyone has done research with better results than myself I would greatly appreciate dropping some knowledge on your findings. In addition, if there are any little things that you can share of inexpensive upgrades to make it look nice let me know. I recently ordered a leather wrap from wheelskins because i couldnt make myself spend 500 on a woodgrain. Thanks in advance for any suggestions for the newbie
