I am trying to remove my ballast from a 2nd gen gs headlight without dissasembling the whole thing. Anyone have experience or know how to do this properly? I cant seem to fit the plug out from between the housing and the bowl. thanks

 

Keep turning the adjustment bolts. They don't come out, but eventually they will move enought to pull your ballasts out. I had the same problem. lol.

 

I was able to get it out by removing the adjusting motor and it gave it enough room to squeeze the plug out behind the bowl.
