Has anyone ever dealt with anything from Import Image?

I'm looking for a decent pair of HIDs that aren't too pricey and look like the picture below

The picture below is using blue city lights. If you want HID on your car, I would highly suggest a retrofit. Otherwise you risk bleaching out the road and blinding other motorists.

If you really want the plug and play kits, you can use the ones you posted or we have a vendor called HID depot. I'm assuming all the plug and play kits are of near quality.

well what does it take to do a retrofit? I'm not too knowledgeable on lights, so I really don't know what I'd be doing.

no, you dont need a projector retrofit.
you can get HID kits on ebay for $80, i've installed it on 4 cars before.
it wont blind ppl cuz there's a cap in the middle of the headlight housing.
don't get blue lights either, that's ricey, stick with 4,500k or 5,000k
