Do those vanity lights fit? They're 31mm and the ones in the GS are 28mm. I think there's a few mm of extra space but I don't know how much.

 

Not sure about the GS' 28mm vanity light bulbs, but the ones in my LS are about as wide as a fuse (and look like one too). 31mm bulbs usually are wider and won't fit.

 

how much would all those leds cost, i want to do the same with my es, and the license plate bulbs too

A few things:

12 LED 194 BULB WILL NOTTT FIT IN THE TRUNK! the cover wont close.

the 30mm will DEFINITELY NOT FIT THE VANITY..
I am gonna try dremmeling it in tommoro!!

and most important..

LOL told you man.. I've seen it before and it does look really ricey. Fast and the Furious type stuff.

For the trunk, forget LEDs. Install some cold cathode tubes.

Is the 30mm just a bit too long? I'm sure you can remove a little plastic from the sides or something.

I think i saw a DIY on the cathodes..but IMO the blue trunk lights looks pretty nice

The 30mm is a bitt too wide..meaning it projects outwards...


Me and Chris were trying to pull out the assembly..but in the process I think we blew a fuse...The dome lights arent wrking..and my remote lock button isnt working either...

I think it's just a fuse..but we decided to let things wait till tommoroow morning...
