Does anyone know how to change the License plate bulbs?

I took off all 4 of the screws out, then pushed at it to see if it would slide out, which it didn't.

Anyone information would be good =)

This is for a 95 sc400 by the way.

 

same problem here. Is there a trick to this? I got LED begging to go in.

 

Well once I took out the screws in my 92, I just used a flat screwdriver and pryed out the cover.

 

Prying is the way, go in from a side and pop it out.
