Take off the underpanel and reach. That's what I did.

good job! have you considered doing an actual hid fog light kit? i think it would look a lot better...

I thought the lens on the RX foglights are not sharp enough for HID setup, I mean it will work but not sharp like everyone else want or think about.

Rinse Out, thank you for the info on PIAA reverse light, I also purchase the PIAA 168 LED
for the license plate, they both work great and it's not overly bright and give that suttle
factory white led look

Still figuring out to access the foglight, any slides or instructions would be nice for 06 RX400h
I did look under the car for the splash guard, there is a lot to get to the foglight from botton also.
There has got to be an easier way to do.
