How did you install your fog lights? The right side light appears to be reachable from the engine compartment once you remove the washer-fluid hose.
The left side appears to be the problem child. How did you get to this one? I was told that you have to remove the battery. Seems like a really poor Lexus design that you have to remove a battery to replace a fog light.

Rinse Out, thank you for the info on PIAA reverse light, I also purchase the PIAA 168 LED
for the license plate, they both work great and it's not overly bright and give that suttle
factory white led look
Still figuring out to access the foglight, any slides or instructions would be nice for 06 RX400h
I did look under the car for the splash guard, there is a lot to get to the foglight from botton also.
There has got to be an easier way to do.
