Default Dashboard Needle issues

Now I read the threads on how to replace the bulbs and what not but when I searched, I didnt find any information on the LED needles themselves. I found a thread of someone on here who replaced his by doing some custom work but nothing that points me in the right direction.

Now from what I see, the needle lights are controlled by small LED's, correct me if I am wrong? Are these sold at dealerships or what? Mine are flickering and 1 has already burned completely out. Any advice/help would be great or possibly someone sharing a similar story and how they fixed theirs. Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to do the needles using LED's from SuperBright?

I can't afford over $100 to fix my needles
