Default Strobing Turn Signal

My right turn signal in my 95 es300 is lighting up at least 2x faster than normal and i have checked that ALL the bulbs are still working. -Headache from that stupid clicking- The day before, i had just changed my ignition bulb to led..could this be a problem?

I believe that happens because the bulb is about to die or what not. Like the sytem detects low bulb wattage and starts rapid flashing the bulb to tell you to replace it. I believe the same thing happens if you try to put in those special 12V LED bulbs (because they run on low wattage). Could be wrong though.

I'm always annoyed by those fast flashing signals.

You're close. The system is not designed to detect "almost toasted" bulbs. As the bulb is ready to die, its resistance goes up, which reduces the load it presents to the flasher and the monitoring circuit in the Lamp Failure Module. When the load is reduced, the circuit current drops, the flasher flashes more quickly, and the Bulb Out lamp will light as well. The same thing happens when you plug LED bulbs in to replace standard turn signal bulbs - they don't draw as much current.
