Default help with Fog not working

I got the following problem. 2000 GS4

My passenger side fog does not light up.

I just changed both 9006 bulbs and the passenger side is still dead.

I pulled the 10 fuse from the passenger side leg well, All is good.

I don't think I have melted the wiring harness the bulbs are 80w only.

The wiring is in the black loom and I don't feel comfortable ripping out the wiring or installing a new wiring harness.

What else can i check for that requires minimum effort on my part before i take it to my mechanic?

I have a test lite but not sure how to safely check the right fog harness for juice. what would be the closest ground I could use?

shop came back with melted 9006 harness plug on that side.

New plug + labor $40.00.

Hopefully this fix will last another six years.
