Default Help!!!How to replace HID bulbs for is300

Need help guys...i have is300 and the HID headlight is dead but i dont know how to take the bulbs out of the housing...i push and turn the HID but still it wont come off....what is the problem with this...can anyone here help your fellow lexus owner.........or do i have to take the whole assembly of the headlight out or what......i already got the bulbs out but i try to twist and turn the bulbs it just wouldnt come off................help me guy or else i might get a ticket for not having headlight turn on...................i will buy one on ebay if i know how to take it out...........thanks guys...

Default bulb not come out help me

guys, i just pull my Hid bulb out of the headlight but i can not twisted or push the bulb out to the socket ...is there any way i can take it out and replace the bulb.....i just got a ticket for one headlight this morin on my way to work....help me guys.....how can i twist bulb out ...is there a method to do this or what.....thanks
