Default HID's in fogs

How many people have put an HID kit in their fog lights. If so, do you have the yellow housing or the clear housing? I have both and was considering putting my clear fogs back on with an HID kit.

Thumbs up Fogs!

I have the clears and hid's. I love everthing about them. The fogs match the headlights great.

HID fogs are the shiz!
I have 6000k in the clear fog housings. It looks badass . Everyone notices there is something "different" about my car. At the Lexus dealership, other car enthusiasts, and also people that don't know anything about cars. Oh yeah, probably the cops too....lol

I'm kind of hesitant to put HID's in my fogs because of how easy it is to steal the fog lights.

Hey Kane..Just curious..who did you buy your mcculloch kit from on ebay?

With the fog lights..it might be easy to steal the fogs..but the hids are nothing without the ballasts so if you take the time and mount those correctly then they arent going anywhere.

Ultrabrightlights or Ultrabrightlightz I believe was the ID. They also have a website by the same name.

Yea but it would hurt my pocket everytime I had to buy new fog light housings and HID bulbs, neither is cheap.

You should try to become an official vendor on this forum. Maybe you can setup a GB and get us some cheaper HID's.

i may buy a set from this potential group buy if someone does a write up on how they wired up their ballasts to their fog light locations.

Yea I hope he becomes an official vendor, they have good prices and would be able to offer an even better price if he sets up a group buy. I actually just made a request to the marketing person to see if they can make ultrabrightlights an official vendor.

Hey I appreciate that. However I am not sure if we will be able to become official vendors on the forum as I recall that when we tried a while ago we didnt recieve a response and my guess would be its because xenondepot is already an HID vendor on this forum but I will look into it once again and see what I can accomplish. thanks for your support.
