1. What kind of store sells these locally? or do you just buy them online?
2. Is the PolarG B1 hybrid better or an equal subsitute for the M4?

1) it depends on area i guess, here in cali you can get those bulbs very easily from most of the speed shops around town. online, you should search around, maybe optauto?
2) not sure about this one, i have only had polrag and just been sticking with them
