Default LED Signal Lights

I bought LED signal lights for the front and rear of my '97 ES300 and installed them along with the load equalizers, 3 ohm for each side. After installing them I still get a fast blinking signal on the driver's side and on the passenger side I get no signal at all (lights work but don't blink) and a buzzing sound when I turn the signal on. No buzzing on the left turn signal. I've tried switching wires on the load equalizers and still the same thing. I've even tried one LED on each side and still the same results. When I put the regular bulbs back in I get the normal blink on both sides. I'm totally at a loss for what's causing the problem. Anybody got any suggestions? There is a green wire and a white wire. anybody know which one is the power and which one is the ground? And should I just trash the connectors (crimp style) that came with the equalizers and solder the wires together? Before I do that I want to be certain which wire is power and ground.

Green = Power
White w/ a stripe = Ground

If you really need to confirm any type of wiring i would suggest you get on here and download any and everything you might ever need. You have to pay 10 dollars for one 24 hour period but its what the guys at the dealership use. You could also go get a repair manual but thats alot of bills. Just get on there and download anything you might need or want for the future. I did that and i have a decent collection of wiring diagrams for my LX.
