I know alot of the members will say this will lead to melted wires but from my search on this forum, alot of people has gotten away with doing this.
If you have/had this setup, please let me know how long have you had this installed.

I have this im my GS. The first time i did this it did melt the plastic from the harness that goes into the base of the bulb after like 6-8 months. However i believe its only the plastic that can't take the heat, the wire itself is ok, or else the fuse would blow (hopefully). So i cut off the harness and connected the wires directly to the bulbs using some 10 guage wire, this way the wire definitely won't melt at the base of the bulb were it is the hottest. Had this on for well over a year and no problems.
