Vertical messurment, taken where projector fits housing, where parabolic mirror mets lens bracket. That what I`m talking `bout...
Euro, if you're talking about clearance, help me understand. Do you mean the clearance to where the projector fits the internal metal projector space OR just the space to where the projector goes through the chrome SC plastic trim in the front? If the problem is the first one, you'll have to by pass the metal piece all together because its not going to fit that way. Best bet is to use custom made plexiglass mount like Jermaine's using for this retro. Makes the project so much easier and quicker. Then you can move on to sanding your lines out of your lenses(where the HID light comes through) if you want perfection.

That's the hardest part in this project and the most time consuming

tiguy, thanx for the link. Those projectors you used are BMWs? Look bout the same size like SC projectors and no problems fitting.
As for RX projectors those are to big to physicaly fit SC headlight housings (big black plastic housing that holds light together). It look obvious if one can take picture of SC projectors next to the RX330s.
To make them fit one has to change the way lens bracket bolts to parabolic mirror, eliminating upper screw and go mickey mouse. I didn`t want to do this.
Do you have access to that BMW projectors for decent money? Trade maybe?

Euro there's always a way to go about it and have it come out perfect! Check your PM. As for the projectors those other ones shown on the Pimp my SC300 thread came from an Audi A4 and are the same ones on the Cadillac CTS, STS and many exotic Euro cars like Ferrari Lamborghini etc. They're made by a company named Valeo and I came up with a special name for the combination projector you saw on that thread (patent pending jking lol)

The work's looking good there Jermaine! Don't those brackets make this a piece of cake? Can't wait to see the finished pics! I got your call yesterday by the way but I'm out of daytime minutes lol! (Everyone who knows me knows how frugal I can be). I'll call you after 7 tonight

P.S, anyway you can make your pics bigger?

DO post pics of that cuttoff when done. The standard is 25 feet from a white wall kinda like this...

Actually that one (LS430 washer modded) was close to 50' at that point.
