Can anyone help in contacting Steve, or anyone with Xenon Depot?

I've tried both, calling and E-mail, but I can't reach anyone. I'm having issues with my Kit, and I have some questions. Though it's a simple kit, I had Lexus install the kit for me to ensure very little error. But, I'm having color temp problems, as well as arching problems...

Anyone who can offer any info help would be greatly appreciated.....

 

what do you mean by color temp problems and arching problems?

 

One lamp ignites before the other, they are not in sync, and that same lamp is more yellow then the other, which is more of an 43k HID
