I just purchased a California LS 400 1998 in mint condition with about 75,000 miles. The fog lights don't work. The bulbs and two fuses located in the inside panel are fine. I turn on the low beams and rotate the fog light switch but they don't work. Any ideas?

 

get a multimeter and check to see if there is any voltage running to the fog light wires.
