Anyone else have this problem? I removed the bar as shown in the picture but it didn't do anything. I wonder if it has anything to do with my car being Canadian.

Also, anyone know of a way to rewire so just your Parking lights and fog lights can be on at the same time? I think that would look really good at dusk!!
