Can you tell me exactly which bulbs I need to order.
I like to get the super white for the door, foot area, dome light and map lights.
Thanks a lot.
Those numbers are the bulb type/size.
Check the sticky post Rominl posted at the top of the lighting forum for all the GS bulb types/sizes by location.

Default Courtesy lights

How can I remove the plastic cover lenses for bottom door courtesy lights/footwell lights? I'm afraid I might break something if I'll just use a screwdriver to snap it off. Would appreciate any help.

Use a flat screwdriver wrapped in electrical tape, along the top edge of the door lights. They are pretty tough, they are not likely to break even though you'll need to pry on them fairly hard.
For the footwell lights, you need to remove the panels under the dash that they're attached to. Just a couple of screws. Don't try to pry the lens off of these.

Thanks for the quick reply. Now I'm ready to work during this long weekend. By the way, I love your blue lamp replacements.

Rominl,
I seemed to have found all the M4, M16 and M17 Polarq bulbs at autodynamic.com but I am unable to locate the so-called #74 (for the footwell, glove and ignition) at that site. Can you show me which are the ones.
I'm hoping to achieve the same type of "brightness and lighting" for my interior by using all the same style Polarqs.

Thanks.

Autodynamic doesn't carry #74 bulbs....you have to get them through superbrightleds.com or autolumination.com. If you want the footwells/glovebox, and ignition to match with the Polarg bulbs, I'd suggest going with the incandescent superwhite bulb from autolumination because the LED version will look bluer compared to the Polarg's:
