sup all lexus owners, i am samson mak, aka REV-01 in acura forums. i am responsible for cody's q45 retrofit, all i have to say is it came out 10000 times better, everything looks stock. no silicone used to seal the light, the protector can still be adjust from left to right using the factory adjustment 10mm bolt. i also painted the housing into a gunmetal color and clear the factory blinker. i will post pic may be tonite if i have time, i took lots of pic especially the back of the light to show how clean the light housing is.......

here are some pics of the old headlight:

after removal of the silicone, you could still see some of the silicone i can't remove from the housing from the previous owner. he drilled alot of holes on the housing, to mount the ballast and to mount the projector....

I will have more pics of the headlight on the car....stay tuned

overall.....besides soaristo's q45 mod....I havent come across many projector retrofits that are actually nice INSIDE and OUT.....the reason why many dont post pics of the back is cuz custom jobs are stereotypically very messy and i agree.....you can see the difference....I dont have to say anything...the pics do the talkin I am soo happy now with my new q45 light setup cuz the glass is soo much cleaner...the rubber trim is new...projector is mounted on properly...the back of the headlight is soo clean and stock, etc...and very reliable i must say...cuz before i use to wash my car and condensation 24 7....now with my new setup...no condensation whatsoever (props to my new installer )I know everyone in CL thought my old setup was dope...but lets just say i wasnt happy cuz i had to make sure it was raining that day or night ....but now with my new setup...no worries
