Are Xenondepot HID's using Phillip Bulb and Ballast? i ordered myself one 9006 4300k and i don't see any where on the box or the bulbs base print their brand "PHILLIP". Does any one here have the phillip bulbs case. Thanks

 

i think they have different options

if it's philips ballast, it should say it on the ballast

the bulb i dont' think you can tell

 

Did you buy the Philips kit? This one is more $ then their "normal" HID kit. When they had the GB, the Philips were $400 while the non Philips were $300.

 

it doesnt say philips on the bulbs because those get grinded down for the rebasing process. I got the 4300k philips kit myself.

 

i got myself a Phillip kit. Steve said Phillip don't made hid conversion kit for 9006 bulb so xenondepot have to customize the base to make it fit......

 

yeah that's always the case, they have to rebase the bulb

but at least the ballasts should say philips, if the kits you got is supposed to be philips ballasts + bulbs
