Default Just replaced parking and backup lights with Polarg bulbs

As mentioned many times, the Polarg bulbs for the front parking lights are M6 and the backup lights are M2. The brightness between the M6 and the stock is like "whoa"...night and day. Although they're significantly larger than the stocks, I was able to fit them back into the hole with little or no problem. The right side with that black box does get in the way abit but be patient and it will go in. I don't know why some people are cracking their bulbs. My only concern is that these new bulbs are 18watts compared to 5watts on the stock. It will produce a lot more heat so I dont know if the base the bulb plugs into can withstand this extra heat because it's made out of plastic. Anyone had this problem after the mod?

The backups are pretty straight forward...remove taillights and replaced bulbs.

yes the m6 is a lot brighter, but like you said the wattage is a lot higher too. i have seen quite a few people with blown m6 after a while, and the bulb is all black underneath. guess it's just too much heat. to me it's too bright as well.

for the backup, it depends on the taillights. the 98-00 taillights use different bulb for backup than the 01-05
