In the instructions for the xenondepot.com HID conversion, Step 3 is to drill a 23mm hole in the center of the factory rubber grommet. I'm trying to determine if this is a required step for the SC. It's my wife's car so I don't have access to go look at it. If I need a 23mm drill bit, i want to pick one up this week.
