Default Need help. I blew something!!

I have a 94 sc300.. i tried to install my HIDs when i accidentally put the ballasts on a piece of metal and i heard something blow. Now, my left low beam is good but my right low beam has low energy and my high beams are on constantly. Looks as though the messed up low beam and the 2 high beams are all sharing 1 power source because they are all dim. I tried unplugging each of the 3 (1 low beam and 2 high beams) and all 3 went dead. They are all on one constant power. Anyone have any clue how to fix this? I plugged the HIDs onto the messed up low beam and it seems to not have enough power. The HID bulb seems to strobe because it doesn't have enough power. The power is drained out by the high beams being on constantly sharing its power source. I hope my words aren't too confusing. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's kind of confusing but on a worst-case scenario, it seems like you melted your wires together. Can you describe your wiring setup?

thanks for the reply siniquezu. I figured out the problem. It was just a simple fuse. I felt so stupid when I figured it out. I was afraid i ruined my whole wiring set up but good thing I didn't! Thanks
