Anyone know much about DDE Halo Lights?

I do not work for DDE. I've just played with these before. I can see what I can do to help you out but I'm not a service nor am I vendor Just PM me and I'll see what else I can do in detail to help you out. The headlights have to be removed and opened to fix this. You're not screwed. It may take a replacement but they run about $30 online for a pair so it's not too bad. Good luck.
