I just got a pair of new stock fogs for my '02 IS300 and I can't find anything explaining how to DIY.

I've searched google and here (IS300.net is down) and nowhere do I see anyone explaining how to swap old stock fogs for new ones. I'm talking about the complete fog light.

Any quick responses would be greatly appreciated detailing how I might do this.

look at your fogs now, from the inner side of the fogs, you feel it inside and you will see two bolts (i think they are 10mm). use hex wrench to loosen them. now the foglight is loose. i remember trying to pull the fogs from the front without success, i guess you will have to loosen up the wheel well flap and pull it out from behind
