Default Looking to buy, what should i look out for?

Hey guys,

been debating for about 2 years now on purchasing an LFA, and the stars seem to be aligned now for me to purchase. I’ve been doing some initial research on this forum, but couldn’t find too much (other than everyone loves their cars!) about ownership from the other perspective.

I’m also the type of guy to never keep anything stock, but this LFA engine is truly amazing. No changes needed. The only thing i was considering doing, regardless of the expense, would be something with the transmission (I was not a fan of the jerkiness of the OEM transmission). I figure with so few cars made, this would destroy resale, and also probably no one has done it yet. I’m not worried about either of those.

Thanks for all input guys!

I personally love the transmission.. A double clutch is too much like an torque converter automatic. The LFA tranny is close to a manual but you don’t have to depress the clutch pedal. Love it!!
