I have a ton of photos to share...but here's some video to wet your appetite. This was taken from my iPhone while I was shooting from my DSLR simultaneously.
There was quite a variation in the lines chosen by the drivers in the video (consistent with the point about varied skill/experience levels of the drivers).
Do you have a breakdown of how many owner cars were shipped to the event vs Lexus held cars vs odd situations like the green car (apparently an unsold car in a dealer's inventory)?
There was no mention of the NASCAR guys. Were either of them in attendance (Busch or Hamlin)?
Was there any intel leaked (like for the LF-LC)?
From the owners, were there any reports of any need for repairs to their LFAs to date?

Lexus took care of all the shipping for the cars. Of the 16, only 3 were the corporate LFAs.
The owner and the owner's son of the Fresh Green LFA were there driving it. It's still owned by them.
No Nascar guys were there, but Scott Pruett was there of course. No insider info on LF-LC. Many of the owners were very very interested.
I'm not sure why the obsession with dealer owned LFA or what not that were present. The whole point of the day was for the owners to enjoy and drive their LFAs on a private closed track days. As you know, these owners range from doctors, lawyers and entrepreneurs. For the owners that brought their LFA's they had an amazing time taking several laps at their leisure. For the owners who did not bring their own LFA's they got a chance to experience Laguna Seca in one of the IS F's, LS F Sport and the Lexus USA LFAs #032, #144 and #P014.
I make a lot of money sorting out mismatched info (just something about how my brain works I guess)
In the case of the green car (which I find to be a very cool build), it has been listed as for sale by a FL dealer for months and then it shows up at this event.
We recently had a car advertised for sale and it turned out to be a dealer' s personal car that hit Autotrader due to a glitch in how the dealer list inventory on Autotrader.
Plus one of my ongoing questions is, how many real customers (like Gengar and lunaC42) ordered an received cars (as the system was supposed to work) vs the number of cars that went straight to dealers for themselves vs the number of cars that really weren't spoken for and just got ordered on spec to complete the US allocation (and yes I know the answer will never be known).
I would really like to know what Scott Pruett thought of LFA Nurburgring vs standard LFA. I hope someone can write about it.
He mainly gave hot laps in the IS F CCS-R most of the day. I don't think he drove any of the 3 Nürburgring Packages that day as the owners were driving them all day.
