Official PR: Lexus Introduces 2012 LFA Nürburgring Package
I've heard the Spec-V is more than double the price and is closer to 200K. Well, considering that the price for the stock GTR is 90K. Thing is, with any car like this you're going to pay over the sticker. GTR's at 90K is a bargain. They probably sell for over 100K easily. Good luck with finding a Spec-V in the U.S. also. This would be the LFA for me if I were to have the option of purchasing one. I'm sure it's luxurious enough, but the lighter wheels, wing, quicker shifting, more HP, year pass to the Ring? I'm sold. It's the rare LFA of an already rare car! Value is sure to increase.
I went to the Nissan dealership and the stickers were upwards of 95K for each of the models, which were 2008 and 2009 models. I even asked the dealer why the price? I thought they were 88K he said to me that the price increase is for the dealer to make money, plus there is only so many of them. So the Spec-V would more than likely creep up close to the 200K marker. I didn't say above it.
maybe it's regional, i am very surprised the gtr is still sold for more than msrp at some places. here around me, it's msrp or in some cases, i heard slight discounts (can't verify though)

It must be the region, I'm in Washington State, but when i was at the Nissan dealership it was closer to oregon. Oregon has no state taxes. That could be why the price was higher. I donno. I just know what I heard. They might be good sellers in this area. I've seen 3 of them so far. My brother who lives in Utah has seen 5 just in Salt Lake.
I wonder if any of us not buying the LFA will ever see one on the road.
