is lexus actually ever going to come out with the LF-A for purchase?

 

Yes, reports indicate the production model will premiere at an auto show, probably Tokyo, this fall, with a limited production run of 500 units or so, at an ~$250K+ pricetag. There are waiting lists in Japan, but any purchasing details are speculative at this point.
