I think you are generalizing a bit much with the above statement. Many folks out there got to where they are (and with a house "like that") because THEY DO CARE.
Still the OP's currently reduced price of $50.8k is still an EXCELLENT price with all things considered. Not EVERYONE will go for that color though.

$45k avg past 30 days looks spot on. Many local dealers add $5k on top of that and call it retail Smart Price (none negotiable). But then there are dealers that have them sitting for months and instead of taking it to auction they are willing to sell with much smaller markups. I would put it $49.9 everywhere (below 50 is more eye catching), unless you really don't care when you sell it.
