Default Mint 2005 is300 sportcross 42k miles

Searching for a Lexus Sportcross? You know how rare they are. Only 3000 were imported in model years 2002 to 2005. Wife and I are collectors who have owned three (see photo of trio below). Now we are selling our mint 2005 with 42K miles. We are second owners. Purchased with 20K miles in Los Angeles in 2011 and shipped to Nashville. Illustrates just how hard it is to find a low-mileage model like ours.

No accidents. Current, clean CARFAX provided. All service records since new.
Drives smoothly with lots of vroom like a well-maintained Sportcross should. Factory silver paint still shines. Black leather remains supple (thanks to annual mink oil treatment). Don’t smoke or haul children/pets. Always garaged and serviced every six months. Owner of the shop where maintained for past five years happy to discuss.

Auto five-speed E-Shift (up and down shift pads on steering wheel). Powerful 3.0 liter, 24 value, DOHC straight six cranking 215 HP. Everything works. Please note that car doesn’t have optional heated seats or navigation. Comes with summer Sumitomo HTR Z3 tires with 17-inch OEM alloy wheels. Also has four Dunlop Sport snow tires with matching 17-inch OEM alloys (if you are interested in purchasing separately). Has alloy spare wheel/tire, leather-clad owners manuals, first-aid kit, two remote entry keys, valet key and wallet key.

Why selling? Became third car when I bought an expertly modified BMW 335i (shown below). Still own an identical silver 2002 Sportcross with 108K miles. It’s in excellent condition and thus worth much more to us than we can get for it in the market. So we’re selling the mint, incredibly rare 2005. iCloud link to lots of high-res photos: https://goo.gl/RlGT7K

Asking p
rice: $14,000.
If that seems steep for a 2005, suggest you check out the latest posts of this Club Lexus thread: http://goo.gl/No3Mz6 There I've posted PDFs of Carmax's recent offerings for Sportcross (as well as some sedans). Sportcross with much higher miles retail for considerably more than $14K. And my records and CARFAX are topnotch. Send me a PM, and I'll send you my phone number. Jay

N.B.
PDFs of current CARFAX and latest comparable offerings attached after photos.

I like these cars. Strange how you never see one modified. Yeah they didn't make many of them, but there are still a few around.

Much appreciated. I'm in awe: Six Sportcross has to be a record. And certainly an accomplishment. Guess that makes me only one-half a bit crazy. Proud of it, I think.

I sold him my yellow one. I replaced it with a TSX wagon, as I needed more wagon space...

I had the IS Sportcross, TSX, and Outback at the same time Been driving wagons since 1980 Subaru DL

Guess you missed the point: if a sedan produced in large numbers retails for $15.6K, a hard to find wagon logically would fetch even more.

great looking trio you have there! GLWS, id love to own it but I dont have enough garage space and would never trust parking it outside.
