I am considering trading my 2012 Lexus IS-F (with ~36k miles) for a 2013 Lexus LS460. The IS-F is in mint condition and has a Lexus Extended Warranty through December 2018. I'm simply looking to get into a luxury vehicle and out of a sport sedan.

The Lexus "Platinum" Extended Warranty is transferable. I am the original owner for the warranty and can transfer it upon sale of the car to a private party. See language from my VSC. The warranty is good through December 2018.

Here are pictures from December 2015, when I bought it from a Toyota dealership in Nor Cal. Car is in pristine condition. Ideally, I'm looking for a straight trade to a 2013 Lexus LS460. Not sure how likely it is i will find someone who wants to go from a LS460 to a IS-F, but I figured i will give it a shot.

I think the extended warranty is transferable, not the CPO warranty.
