WARRANTY INFO

The car is covered by the Lexus Platinum Extended warranty until:

11/15/2015 or 100k miles

The warranty MUST be transferred, I have the paperwork to do so. There is a transfer fee of $50 under agreement # 17299889

The warranty covers the car for basically everything (there are some exceptions but they are all listed in the contract). There is ZERO deductible. Just take the car to the dealer they fix it nothing out of pocket and no authorization is required they just look up the VIN and see that the car is under warranty.

There is an accident history. Do you have pictures of the damage?

Unfortunately I do not have photos. The accident happened at night in December of 2012. A uninsured, unlicensed driver cut me off and I hit her. The airbags did NOT deploy. I had it fixed at a place called "Autometric" they are regarded as the best body shop in metro Detroit. They use 100% OEM parts and its lifetime warranted. Ive had the car 20 mo since then and not a single issue. Im quite a picky person, and i do know that the headlamps and thehood line up just like they did before, and all the gaps are perfectly even like youd expect. The paint matches perfectly - so unless you read the report you wouldnt know.

Basically what was replaced as far as i know:

• Front bumper cover
• Hood
• Grill and such
• headlights (only the driver needed it, but i made the ins replace both so the lenses matched)
• Driver fender
• anything underneath that needed to be replaced also

I think the main reason the accident shows on the carfax is the unlicensed driver. The police were called and such. the accident wasnt that "bad" no "frame" damage from what the body shop said. I honestly dont know all the details. Basically the car went to the shop and the insurance covered it 100% because the other driver was at fault and unlicensed. I do know they had the car about 3 weeks, but it was also in between christmas and new years.
