92 SC400-150000kms
For sale is my 92 sc400 with 150 000kms(93000miles)
I purchased this car last week , wasn't sure what my plans were but ive decided to sell it since I don't need two SC's
This car was owned by a dealer who had plans to keep it for himself, but he never got around to fixing the little things, and so it sat for two years collecting dust, he was asking $2000 but I bargained him down to $500+$100 for the tow, the guy was rich so I don't think he cared much about the money , he just wanted it gone. With parts , labour and materials im in for close to $2000 already and im not really interested in putting any more time or money into it.
I just paid $1250.00 to my mechanic for:
-new alternator (3 year transferable warrantee)
-new pads all around
-new rotors
-oil and filter change
-repaired leaking brake line
-repaired leaking power steering
-winterproofed underside of car
-tire rotation
-few other minor things
The car still needs a few things:
-trunk lock wont open(used to work but is now seized)
-front drivers side blinker(probably a bulb)
-radio not working(probably the amp, typical for these cars)
-radiator has a leak
I purchased it last week but I really don't need another project, this car is perfect for an SC guy, due to the low mileage and clean interior.
Leather seats are pretty much mint, except for the drivers front which is showing sigs of use.
Has Michelin Pilot tires all around, looks like they were hardly used, 90% or more tread.
All this car needs is a owner to put a little time and love into it, both of which I don't have at this point.
I don't ship cars, so this is for local's only, or you guys from new York, buffalo and Detroit who don't mind the few hour drive to Toronto

wow, im shocked this thing hasn't sold
even locally its not getting much action,,looks like no one is interested in these cars anymore
