FS: 1994 LS400 Anniversary Edition
I bought a new car, so I need to sell the Lexus. Car has no problems and was driven daily for past 1 1/2 years, we recently took a trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles in it and it did it without a hiccup, averaging 23.8MPG on the freeway. 196K on the odometer now.
It does not burn oil, currently has Rotella T6 5w40 in it with OEM Lexus filter. Lexus red ATF is clean, I do a drain and fill every oil change (every 4,000 miles), engine runs well and car shifts smooth. I replaced battery and alternator about a year ago, steering rack has a "refurbished" sticker on it so it's been done at some point. Interior has normal wear, but no tears. Brake pads are recent, I didn't replace the sensors so the brake pad light is on. Paint is presentable, but someone keyed the car at some point before I got it. Rear quarter panel got damaged in a hit and run, I covered it with POR-15 body filler, sanded it and sprayed it with primer, just prep it a bit more and spray it with matching paint and it will look good.
Currently, car has BC Racing BR coilovers on it with 12k/8k springs and rubber tophats, coilovers are about 2 months old. GS300 17x7.5 wheels with good 235/50/17 tires. Have original suspension with KYB shocks purchased about a year ago, and stock wheels with good tires that are a bit over a year old -- maybe 9K miles on tires.
I'd ask $2,500 with stock suspension and wheels or $3,500 as-is. I'm in San Francisco, let me know if there is any interest.
Thank you,
Stan

Thank you. It is a good runner, it doesn't really need anything, it just has some marks on it due to it's age which are mostly cosmetic. I haven't tried Craigslist yet due to lack of time (need to wash it, possibly swap wheels/suspension/etc), thought I'd try here first. I've smogged it twice and it passed both times, even though the cats are original. It's a rare model too -- rare color for a '94 and "special" wheels. Someone local come pick it up. I also have some Eibach springs for it, which are pretty rare.

I have not changed it, but it was done by the P/O at the dealership, I believe. There is a sticker under the hood, I need to check the exact mileage again when it was changed -- I want to say it was around 160K, but have to confirm. I did have the accessories belt replaced when the alternator was replaced a year ago. Nice thing about this car is the non-interference engine which is whey I never worried about the timing belt.
I have been busy with other things at home so all I've done to the car was move it a couple of times a week from one side of the street to the other for street cleaning, I really haven't been active about selling it. Once I do, I'll take off the wheels and suspension and put it on CL for a bit over 2K.

I do still have it. Here are some pictures I took when I discovered the dent. http://live2hack.com/pictures/2011.05-04-Lexus-damage/
As you can see, there was already bondo on that spot. I cleaned it out, sanded it, covered it with POR15 rust proofing treatment, then filled it with POR15 body filler. Don't have good pictures of what it looks like now. My main goal was to cover it up so it wouldn't rust. I can take close up pictures if you are interested.
