Mileage must be under 140k.
Must be well maintained and have NO mechanical problems.
Color doesn't matter, but your body must be fairly clean. Interior must be in good shape too, preferably no rips but at 140k I might be asking too much.
Clean title or not, doesn't matter, what is important is if the car itself is mechanically good.
