the rear bumper was repainted, but not because of a accident. The rear bumper paint was all chipped off, i dont know how but the paint was in really bad condition.

How do I know what to believe? You say it wasn't an accident and in this quote you say you dont even know why it was repainted....?!?!?!?

my dad had the rear bumper repainted, because the paint was in REALLY BAD CONDITION. The painter prolly didnt do a good job in protecting the exhaust, so some paint got on there. BUT as far as i know this car has never had a accident.
