I opine that Lexus needs to drop the numeration bit it their hybrids and just affix the 'h', like the do the 'F'.

that depends on how lexus wants to market the sc. want it to be more mainstream or exclusive
6 series, sl, cls, they all don't have v6 variety in the US

That's very true. An SC 350 would be redundant since Lexus already has the IS 250C/350C.

good point too. when there was no IS coupe, a v6 sc was somewhat warranted. now there is a isc (although quite different in class still), it sort of fill up the segment a bit
one thing i can think of is the previous clk, now the e coupe. it does have e350 coupe
