Wish I could help.

My LC has never seen rain in her 7,500 miles.

Hahahah that sound hilarious. Like you’ve got a muppet or something in the gas can

try lubricating the hinges with some silicone lub.

the LC is designed to be capable of the 24 hrs at le mans, and that means rain, so you might actually be doing your gurl harm by not having her romp in the rain every now and then

Living in the tropics my car gets rained on constantly and I've yet to hear that squeak lol

But while we are on the topic of fuel filler doors, have you guys noticed that it never stays open? No matter what I do, once its opened to it's maximum angle, it flops closed after a few seconds (doesnt matter whether i hang the gas cap on it or not. Wonder how this passed Lexus QC lol

Ok…Ok…Ok….Guys I hear ya! It’s Ok to drive your car in the rain. But not mine's. That’s only one of the many options available to you when you have more than one car! Choices, choices, choices….

My LC is 5 years old and I have never experienced this issue. Try placing the fuel cap on the fuel cap retainer ring located at the upper left side of fuel door, and it would be physically impossible for the door to close.

Yay, solving everyone's issues

As for driving in rain, snow, or gravel, come on, it's a car, not a stage 4 cancer horse
