LC Model (2018-present)

Bit the bullet. I missed my ISF too much. Traded my LS460 in for this sweet ride.

They were awfully proud of it. But I guess I am too now. I hear this is a pretty limited model. Beautiful!

I assume you got an LC but the link doesn't show anything but other Lexus vehicles.

assume the sweet ride was removed from the website once sold.

Yep, pretty "Limited" It's a 2018 Inspiration Series. Only 100 were built.

Love it!

Does it live up to the IS F experience you missed? I have an IS F and would love an LC too!

Jkru…People are gonna fall all the way out when they see you get out of this car. (personal experience.) I leave my door open intentionally so that folks can marvel at this unique interior. It is definitely a show stopper. Have fun and look out for those folks who like to follow you home & congrats on being one of the few to own ‘The OG LC’.

Jwgorrie. The interior is much more luxurious. Haven’t had a chance to really get in to the throttle much yet. Does remind me of the ISF how it behaves itself at lower rpm’s. Kinda sad there is no easy exit for the seat, just steering wheel. I turned on LKA but it hasn’t kicked in yet. I may need to tweak the setting because I did drift out of a lane a bit while trying to figure out where all the buttons were and nothing happened even though it was activated. The full color HUD is pretty cool. I has a USB 2008 ISF and was really missing it. This def fills that void.

Congrats! Nothing south of $100k beats the 2URGSE 5.0 experience! Coupled with a gorgeous LC500 exterior and interior.....equals a lot of winning!!
Enjoy!

I liked the easy exit feature in my past Corvettes, however I set my seat memory in the LC to #3 and adjust the seat for the easiest exit then "save" just have to remember to hit #3 before turning the car off

As much as you love this car you are still probably gonna miss your LS…. Two entirely different personalities.

i thought we all might enjoy learning that when you do the math (say 2000 coupes / (4int + 10 ext) 40 combos) you net maybe around 50 of each combo per typical model year, and ad in custom features
such as on mine, you then discover that we are all in fact driving cars much rarer than the 1 of a 100 inspiration series ....

Color is what makes the IS unique. As I’ve stated before, Lexus shud only use limited unique colors on that special edition. Once issued on an IS, they shudn’t use it again on a non-IS unit. It dilutes the status of the IS. I guess Lexus has a problem coming up with unique flavors, so they keep 'washing rinsing & repeating'. However, Structural Blue is the only flav that fulfills the above definition.
